Finally, Sleep
I was complaining to a friend the other day about not being able to get to sleep. (Due to my commitments I have some fairly irregular sleeping patterns.)
Every night I was lying awake for an hour thinking about the world. And thinking about how I wasn’t asleep yet.
He passed me a tip that he in turn received from an Occupational Therapist.
Switch your pillow and bedclothes around so you are sleeping at the opposite end of the bed. He said this works for 2-3 weeks.
I remembered his advice after turning over my pillow once again because it was getting too hot. I switched the bed clothes, pillow, lay down… and then woke up in the morning. Bliss.
