Social media is a hot topic right now, actually it has been a hot topic for a few years because it’s something that’s not going to go away. They are the company that runs Pay Per Post, who I do some paid blogging for, and they also own Social Spark, who I have done one post here before as well! So how have I been able to make money blogging from them?

It’s because they have a bunch of advertisers who sign up to spread the word about their own websites. I sign into Pay Per Post every day and they always have new advertisers listed who are trying to make a bit of excitement about their own websites. I like IZEA, they have cool websites… sometimes I wish I could design like them! And IZEA have celebrated their birthday recently.

So should you use them to promote your site? Depends on your budget. I think if you have a big budget it’s definitely worth part of it. It also depends on the type of site. I think if you own a site that earns a lot of money per conversion, then it’s a great idea. But if it’s a site that gets $2CPM you’re best off going elsewhere. I think Pay Per Post and Social Spark are two companies that are best for premium advertisers.
